MOLLE

MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment) is a lightweight and modular carrying system from the military sector and serves as a standard for attaching equipment, bags and other gear to backpacks and tactical waistcoats.

The MOLLE system consists of many loops that are 1.5“ (3.8 cm) wide and 1” (2.5 cm) apart. This is also known as PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System).
